Registration Location (First stop for all competitors):

Doubletree Hotel

100 East Port Plaza Drive Collinsville, IL 62234

After Registration, Tech will be held at the Site location. Immediately following Registration, head to the Event location where you can drop off your trailers and equipment If you wish.

Trailer parking at the hotel will be limited to a small designated area and is first come first serve otherwise all other parking will be at the site.

Event Location:  

City of Madison,  IL   Grass Field north of World Wide Technology Raceway (just off Big Bend Road) 38.664917, -90.134927

Competition vehicles, trailers, and equipment can be left overnight if you wish, but doing so will be at your own risk as security will not be available at the site overnight.

Take 203N to the first traffic light (~0.3 miles )past the WWTR entrance.  Turn right onto Big Bend rd and continue straight until you reach a gravel road on the right,  turn onto the gravel road and go about  .1 mile to site- course will be on the left side of the road with Paddock and Spectator parking on the right side of the road.

Cost:  $100 for members     $115 for non-members (includes weekend membership)

Entry fees paid online, ahead of time via motorsportsreg, no onsite payments will be allowed unless discussed with event organizers beforehand.

All persons driving in a car at this event must have an SCCA membership, either full or weekend. Ride-alongs will not be allowed for this event.

Everyone is required to sign a waiver.

All entrants are required to work at the event.

Helmets must be worn by all drivers during competition. Helmets must be in good condition, fit properly, provide adequate peripheral vision and the chin strap must be securely fastened. All helmets meeting the latest or two immediately preceding Snell Foundation standards (SA2015, SAH2010, SA2010, SA2005, M2015, M2010, M2005  K2015, K2010, K2005), SFI standards 31.1, 41.1, 31.1A, 31.2A, 41.1A, 41.2A or British spec BS6658-85 type A/FR are acceptable.

Loaner helmets will be available at the event, but supplies are limited.

All vehicles must have a signed tech sheet prior to competing. You will be given a Tech sheet at the time of check-in/ registration. Tech inspection will be the responsibility of each competitor. If you require assistance in preparing your vehicle for tech, contact an event official and someone will help you.

Please open your hood and be ready for class protests once you are in grid. Your car should be race ready when you bring it to the grid.

5pm - 8pm: Registration opens (@Doubletree hotel), Tech opens, and the course is open for walking (@ site location)

Saturday 4/4/20

7:00am: Pre-Arranged Tech + Registration

8:00am - 8:30am: Class Inspections

9:00am: First car off

1:00pm: Lunch break

2:00pm: First car off

Sunday 4/5/20

7:00am: Course Walk

8:00am: First car off

12:00pm: Preliminary Results & Protests

1:00pm: Awards

Each Heat will get at least three runs in the morning and three runs after lunch. 

Fuel, Air, and food and water are available at the Pilot Truck Stop located at 203N and Ohio Ave (Directly across from WWTR entrance) approximately 1 mile from the event site.

There are 2 Junkyards (Speedway Salvage and B Autoparts) located less than a mile away from the competition grounds and various auto parts stores within 15 minutes of the site if parts are needed for repairs.

Doubletree Hotel Collinsville/St. Louis:

The Doubletree is offering a special rate of $99 per night (plus tax) for a single room.

This rate will be in effect from April 3rd, 2020 to April 5th, 2020. Competitors can call 866-235-4657 and reference "SCCA Rallycross" when making reservations

The cut-off date for reservations is March 13th, 2020 so make sure to reserve your room before that date. Any reservations reached after that date will be accepted based on room availability. 

 

There are many other local hotels that can be found with a quick google search within 15 minutes of the competition site to choose from should the doubletree not meet your needs.

 

Camping (UPDATED)

Unfortunately, no camping will be allowed on-site. Equipment and trailers can be left on the competition grounds, but at your own risk as security will not be available for the site location.
