EVENT ENTRY STANDARDS
To ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants, any information provided during event registration or displayed on an entered car—including, but not limited to, sponsor names, car names, car designs, and graphics—that is deemed vulgar, offensive, or inconsistent with our core values will be considered a violation of the SCCA Welcoming Environment. The SCCA reserves the right to remove such information from the registration system or request that participants remove offending designs/graphics from their vehicles. Repeat offenses may result in further action. Please note that event results and images are shared online and with our partners, and we expect all entries to reflect our values of respect, excellence, and inclusivity.
This event is held under both the current Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) Time Trials rules and regulations: https://timetrials.scca.com/pages/time-trials-event-guidelines & Track Day rules and regulations: https://www.scca.com/downloads/44505-scca-track-event-rules/download.
This event is also governed by the 2026 Time Trials Rules. The Time Trials Rules can be found at https://timetrials.scca.com/ under “CLASSING AND RULES.”

Event requirements
MINORS
If you are under the age of 18 and you are a driver, worker or crew who needs to go into a restricted area (anywhere inside Track perimeter fence - Pit Lane, Flag Stations, Sound, etc.) you must have a current annual minor waiver on file with SCCA. There is no work around for minor waivers. Even if both parents are present, the waiver must be acted upon by the SCCA National Office to be effective. Single parents with sole custody adds even more paperwork. Please contact SCCA well in advance to obtain this. Waiver instructions can be found at: https://cdn.connectsites.net/user_files/scca/downloads/000/059/650/Digital%20Annual%20Waiver%20Instructions.pdf?1638375860
DRIVER ELIGIBILITY
All TA/TE drivers must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid state driver’s license and a full or weekend SCCA membership (Section 4 applies). A SCCA TA License, NASA TT License (Full), SCCA Road Race Novice or Full Competition License, or competition licenses from other sanctioning bodies per the General Competition Rules is accepted. TA licenses will not be issued at the event.
To request a SCCA TA license, please go to https://timetrials.scca.com/pages/driver-eligibility (towards the bottom of the page) and submit a licensing request.
